1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WebinarMint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WebinarMint is a platform that allows users to create, host, and monetize webinar funnels. The Service includes a drag-and-drop builder, video hosting, payment integration, and analytics tools.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant WebinarMint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If you use WebinarMint's payment processing to sell webinars, you agree to our payment processing terms and applicable transaction fees.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
- Using the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WebinarMint and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebinarMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebinarMint operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
